6/26/2023 0 Comments Fit text into cell excel![]() In Microsoft Office Excel 2007, click the Home tab, click Format in the Cells group, and then click AutoFit Row Height. On the Home tab, in the Alignment group, click Wrap Text. In Microsoft Office Excel 2003 and in earlier versions of Excel, point to Row on the Format menu, and then click AutoFit. For example, take a look at the long text string in cell A1 below. ) Notes: Data in the cell wraps to fit the column width, so if you change the column width, data wrapping adjusts automatically. (On Excel for desktop, you can also select the cell, and then press Alt + H + W.
